5Do you offer pick-up / drop-off at the airport?
Yes. Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs are included in our offers. 24hrs/day
6I arrive at xx:xx at the airport - is it possible to start the safari straight?
Of course it is possible to start a safari straight after arriving at the airport. That said the optimal time to arrive at the airport is before 11.00am in order to enjoy the first full day. Depending on the iternary the first day might be Tarangire or Lake Manyara which are both around 2-2hrs30 away from the airport.
Also please note if you arrive after a long flight in Arusha it might be better to take "off" the first day and experience Arusha a little bit, just to acclimatize and to get some sleep because a safari can be long and tiring.
7I have my plane at xx:xx to leave Arusha. How is this organized?
Basically we are totally flexible. Optimal would be a flight departing after 4.00pm from Arusha like this we could still use the half day for a game drive. For earlier departures we would have to look into your safari iternary. For example if you have a departure flight at 1.00pm it might be advantageous to take a hotel within Arusha for the night after the last day of safari. Of course we can also support here with recommondations for your hotel stay.
8What do I need to take with me to the safari?
Important gadgets to take to the Safari are definetly Binoculars, camera, mosquito sprays as well as basic equipment like long/short sleeved clothes (in neutral colours, green, beige, brown..)
Important: if you camp at Ngorongoro Crater it might get chilly during night so you might take a sweater + long pant to sleep with you.
For extra needs we will also have a stop at a supermarket before the safari starts.
9How do we pay the safari?
In general we request a Deposit of 200USD for every safari tour member. This can be paid by bank transfer. The remaining costs will be paid at the starting day of the safari in cash (USD TZN Shilling) or credit card.
10How big are the group sizes of a group safari?
Usually a group safari consists out of 6 people. It might happen that groups due to organization are even smaller. In general we offer everything - couple safaris, group safaris and even safaris just for you.
11How is the food organized during the safari?
This depends on if you are staying in lodges or camping grounds.
Usually every safari member has 3 meals a day - breakfast - lunch and dinner. Breakfast and Lunch are usually cooked by your own personal safari chef who provides authentic african food. If you stay in a Lodge, dinner will be served in the Lodge otherwise dinner will be also cooked by the safari chef. In general each meal a day is a great opportunity to learn about african food and culture to get to know your group members (in case of a group tour) better and to spend quality time together.
Of course we also want to support in case you plan a certain surprise (birthday, wedding day..) In that case we can organize together a special romantic dinner for example.
Furthermore we are also happy to receive extra wishes regarding allergies or just food which you dislike in general.
12Will I be able to see africas big five?
There is definetly a big chance of seeing the big 5. Nevertheless we can never promise anything. Nature always keeps surprises and our guides are keen to let the animals live in their natural environment without getting too close to them. After all we have to consider that we are not in a zoo.

We recommend to make a safari with children not younger than 8 years due to the reason that we are in the wilderness with wild animals. Regarding a maximum age - we are happy to offer safaris to everybody as long as you are fit enough 😊
17How does a camping ground look like?
Camping grounds are simple but include everything you need - bathrooms, showers, toilets, community building for dinner/breakfast.
Camping grounds are not fenced and are held totally natural, which of course also means that animals might pay a visit in the camps. Nevertheless this is less a dangerous experience than more an unforgettable experience to sleep next to elephants, zebras, giraffes and lions.
Our recommandations is to stay at least one night at a camping even though you plan a full lodge safari.
